Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday–Friday) are handed over to the courier the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 are shipped the next business day.

FANcourier delivers on Saturdays.

Cargus and Sameday do not deliver on Saturdays.

Right of return
According to Romanian law (GEO no. 34/2014 on consumer protection in distance contracts), you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel, without needing to justify your decision.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us your return notification before the 14 days expire, by email or phone.
How to return a product

We will arrange a courier pickup from your address.

Return costs are covered by the customer and are identical to the initial shipping fees (if you did not benefit from free shipping). These costs should not be paid directly to the courier but will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Conditions for return acceptance

The product must be in its original packaging, sealed, unused, and undamaged.

It must not show physical alterations (scratches, chips, dents).

Opened or partially used products will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns for products that can no longer be resold as new.
Refunds
If the return is approved:

We will refund the value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the confirmation of the return.

The amount will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer, or in the case of card payments, back to the same card used for the transaction.
